-I Miizue,provide digital art creation services, including but not limited to animated icons, emotes,illustrations, graphic designs, and digital paintings.✦General Info✦
-Clients agree to pay the listed price for the services drawn.-I have the right to charge extra fees for detailed characters. If a detailed fee is required for your character it will be discussed with you before payment.-Payment terms will be discussed,agreed upon,and paid for in full before I begin drawing any art.-Commission must be paid for within 48hrs or you will lose the slot. Payment day can be discussed if needed. No art will be started until paid.-I accept and take payments through Paypal. I also accept Deviantart points.-Character changes/commission type are not allowed after payment is received.-I have the right to refuse an order from dead empty/suspicious accounts.-Please refrain from ordering/inquiring about a commission unless you are serious about purchasing.-If you commission me. You are commissioning me to draw in my art style. Please do not ask to make art similiar to another artist. Only commission me if you like my art style.-I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.-I do not draw NSFW +18 art.-I specialize but not limited to. Simple,cute,colorful,pastel,animal art, and pokemon.✦Changes/Edits✦
-Any mistake made of my own fault will be fixed free of charge-Any change/mistake made for incorrect reference or character update will need to be paid for.✦Refunds✦
-If a chargeback is filed against me for any art you have commissioned. You forfeit the personal use/commercial rights to the art. You are no longer allowed to use it for any purposes. You will be banned from commissioning me in the future and your username will be on a public banlist to warn other artists.-Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commissioned art.✦Intellectual Property✦
-If you wish to earn profit or create merchandise from the commissioned art. A +25% fee will be added to the total price.-Upon completion of the project and full payment, I grant the client non-exclusive rights to use the commissioned art for personal use, unless otherwise agreed upon.-I retain all rights to the original artwork, including the right to display and reproduce it for promotional purposes on my social media accounts.-I reserve the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or other agreed-upon means.
